Fr En Technical assistance to support the implementation of EU cooperation programmes in Tunisia Tunisia 2023-2028 | European Union The aim of the Technical Cooperation Facility (TCF) is to increase the effectiveness of the EU Delegation and its partners in implementing current and future EU cooperation programmes in Tunisia. The specific objectives of this contract are as follows: (i) Strengthen the various phases of the cooperation project cycle (including the formulation, identification, implementation and monitoring of programmes and projects), (ii) Strengthen political dialogue (and sectoral political dialogue) between the EU and Tunisia, (iii) Strengthen the capacity of line ministries and other stakeholders to implement and monitor programmes, and (iv) Facilitate the coordination and visibility of the Team Europe Initiatives (TEI) and other joint initiatives.
