| Project Management Consultant Services for the Project for Climate Change Response and Ecosystem Services Enhancement in Rajastahn (CRESEP) |
Ginger SOFRECO is looking for experts to constitute its Project
Management Consultant team to support the Project for Climate Change
Response and Ecosystem Services Enhancement in Rajasthan (CRESEP),
implemented by the Government of India and financed through a loan from
the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
CRESEP is an 8-year project aimed at addressing
climate change and enhancing ecosystem services through afforestation, forest
conservation, biodiversity conservation, eco-restoration, livelihood
improvement activities, and institutional strengthening. The project seeks to
contribute to the sustainable socioeconomic development of Rajasthan.
- Location: Jaipur,
Rajasthan, with some field visits
- Expected Start Date: May 2025

Job Description
To facilitate convergence or collaboration with relevant departments in coordination with PMU.To support the PMU to undertake training needs assessment.To support the PMU to develop the overall training manual and training module.To support the PMU in organizing the training programmes and the mutual training mechanism between partner and resource institutions.To support the PMU and the specialized agencies to undertake capacity development activities for community-based organizations.To support the PMU to organize domestic training, including short-term training, institutions training, and exposure training.To support the PMU to organize domestic training, including short-term training, institutions training, and exposure training.To attend to any other tasks reasonably allocated by the Team Leader. |

Qualifications:- Postgraduate degree in Education, Human Resource Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in community-based sustainable forest or biodiversity conservation management.
- At least 2 donor-funded projects (preferably JICA) in sustainable forest management as a policy expert or similar role.
- Languages: English and Hindi.
