PDGM (Mining Governance and Development Project) - Strategic study of Togo's mining sector (2019)
Objectives of the project: After an evaluation of the existing situation, the strategic study will recommend the priorities to be addressed in the sector in the short- to medium-term, and will propose the necessary modifications to be made to the operation and institutional structure.
Services to be provided:
- Proposals and recommendations aiming to improve the quality of the public service, focusing on:
a) A clear definition of the functions of each unit of the new model recommended, and of the roles and responsibilities of the institutions, in order to avoid overlaps;
b) Improved working procedures.
- Development of a strategic plan for 2017-2022 for the mining sector and of a strategic plan until 2030 for the MME, DGMD.

Project Management Services for the Al Khabra phosphate mine (2014-2018)
Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and support for the opening of the Al Khabra phosphate mine whose production is 15 Mt ROM per year.
MWSPC comprises a phosphate mine, beneficiation plant, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, purified phosphoric acid, sodium tri-polyphosphate (STPP) and di-calcium phosphate (DCP) plants in Umm Wu’al, northern Saudi Arabia, and ammonia, NPK and di ammonium phosphate (DAP) production plants in Ras Al Khair, in the Arabian Gulf.

Life of mine update (2018)
The objective of this work was to define the best cut-off grade strategy and optimal pit limit for the Goro project (Vale New Caledonia). Vale New Caledonia is an ore mining company (limonite and saprolite) producing nickel and cobalt. The work included the following activities: update of the mine design criteria, pit optimisation and scenario analysis, mine design and mine production schedule and infrastructure design.

Pre-feasibility study for the Phase1 PHOS 3 project: Geology and Mining (2018)
The objective of the project is to prepare the geology and mining studies for the Al Jalamid mine expansion within the PHOS-3 project:
* Resource modelling and classification, COG specification,
* Resources at least at the indicated level,
* Reserves at the probable level,
* Conceptual mine development,
* +/- 20% cost estimate for the mine and associated infrastructure.

PHOS-3 Update mining study (2017-2018)
The objective of this assignment was to update the mining study and the reserves estimate for the PHOS-3 project in line with the JORC Code. The mining study was based on:
- the resource estimate prepared by SOFRECO in 2015 during the PHOS-3 pre-feasibility study (SOFRECO MRE 2015);
- the modifying factors for the conversion of the mineral resources into mining reserves: dilutions and losses, processing performance, and the updated economic factors generated from the beneficiation tests.

Training sessions in the mining sector - Institutional Capacity Building Project for Government Effectiveness (2017-2018)
The objective of this project is to build the capacity of MEM agents through training sessions tailored to the identified needs. This involves analysing the training needs, developing training modules adapted to these needs and carrying out the training. The ToR also specify that recommendations must be made in terms of continuing training and curricula reform.
