Training on ''Training engineering: identifying needs and drawing up training plans'' (2023) |
The mission consisted of training senior managers from public and private administrations in West Africa (Guinea, Senegal) on the subject of ''Training engineering: identifying needs and drawing up training plans''. Facilitating training throughout employees' working lives is becoming a major challenge for organisations. The development of annual and multi-annual training plans is based on an analysis of what already exists. Successive training plans can no longer be reduced to random lists of actions or respond solely to individual promotion needs. With this in mind, the aim of this training course was to acquire, develop or reinforce the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to design, implement and monitor and evaluate training plans. |

Training course on the ''Management of financial assistance accounts'' (2023) |
The mission consisted of training senior officials from the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the subject of ''Management of financial assistance accounts''. Financial assistance accounts show the State's support for various beneficiaries, whether companies or individuals. They are opened by a Finance Act and expose the State to a risk of insolvency. For this reason, outstanding advances and loans must be strictly controlled and rigorously monitored. Given the proximity of the texts applicable in the DRC and France, the aim of this training course is to study the legal and accounting framework and the practice of financial assistance accounts. |

The overall objective of the mission is to strengthen the human capacities of the agents of the Economic Interest Grouping for the Maintenance of Waterways, GIE-SCEVN. More specifically, the objective of the assignment is to implement the training plan for the agents of the GIE-SCEVN, established in the framework of the organisational and institutional audit of the GIE-SCEVN. The Consultant must analyse the training plan drawn up in 2015 and make proposals for updating the plan according to the changes observed at the level of the GIE-SCEVN since the date on which the training plan was drawn up. Depending on the module, training takes place in Brazzaville, Bangui, within the company or abroad.
