FIP3 training course: "From financial control to budgetary control" (2022)
The mission consisted of training officials from various African institutions, including the West African Economic and Monetary Union, based in Togo, as well as the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union, on the subject of financial to budgetary control.
After the training, the participants acquired:
- a full understanding of the new concepts that guide the administrative reform underway across the world;
- first-hand knowledge of the tools used and the best practices in each of the areas targeted by the reform (the French model, EU model and African experiences);
- detailed knowledge of the work carried out by a budget controller;
- knowledge of the internal control system to be developed by managers.

Technical assistance to develop and implement the geolocation of technical and vocational schools and the various higher education centres as well as related training activities and the development of an application for training planning and management (2022-2023)
As part of the Project to Support the Improvement of Early School Learning (PAADESCO), the mission involves: (i) the development and implementation of geolocation of trade and vocational schools and various higher education structures, (ii) related training activities, and (iii) the implementation of an application for the planning and management of training. To this end, the objectives of the mission are to: a) make the geolocation data of technical and vocational schools and higher education available to decision makers and other users, b) strengthen the capacity of BPSEFP trainers on QGIS and the administration of the GIS platform so that they can train local officials, c) support BPSEFP trainers in the training of local officials, and d) provide decision-makers and other users with a computer-based application for planning and managing the training of teachers, principals and master teachers of public and private primary schools.

Training course on 'Procedures for the award and execution of public contracts' (2022)
The mission consisted of training officials from the Guinean Court of Auditors and the Ivory Coast Ministry of Budget on the following theme: Procedures for the award and execution of public contracts. This 10-day training course was designed to strengthen the participants' skills as well as their theoretical and technical knowledge in this area.

PRO7 training on 'Ongoing and ex-post evaluation of programmes and projects: principles and tools' (2022)
The mission consisted of training officials from the Ministry of National Education in charge of Civic Education in Gabon on the theme of 'Ongoing and ex-post evaluation of programmes and projects: principles and tools'.
This five- (5) day training aimed at enabling the participants to:
- Know the meaning of evaluation and identify the challenges of evaluating a development project or programme, as well as its limits;
- Situate the different stages of an evaluation and the role of the different actors;
- Know the tools and methods of evaluation.
