Training/Coaching on 'Procedures for the award and execution of public contracts' (2022)
The training consisted in individually training an executive of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets of the West African Monetary Union (CREPMF-WAMU) on the theme: 'Procedures for the award and execution of public contracts', in order to strengthen her skills and theoretical and technical knowledge in the area of awarding and managing public contracts. The duration of the training/coaching was 5 days.

Capacity building of the staff of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, sectoral ministries and oversight institutions in Chad (2021-2022)
The overall objective of the project is to improve the capacity of the staff of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, sectoral ministries and public finance oversight bodies in N'Djamena, Chad. SOFRECO trained staff from these institutions on various topics.

The objective was to provide training to nine officials from various institutions in West and Central Africa (officials from the DRC's Ministry of Finance, the Presidency of the Republic of the DRC and the coordinator of Mauritania's Directorate of Education and Training Projects) on the theme of “Results-Based Management (RBM) of projects and programmes”.

Training course : MPC1 - Procedures for the award and implementation of public contracts (2022)
The mission consisted of training officials from the Nigerien Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP) on the topic of 'Procedures for the award and implementation of public contracts'. By the end of the course, participants learned to respect procurement thresholds, identify the main procurement procedures and exemptions, handle complaints and appeals, manage the execution of contracts in a performance-oriented manner, anticipate changes and upheavals during implementation, resolve conflicts through amicable and/or contentious means and handle a posteriori control as part of the programme budget.

The mission consisted in training officials from the Ministry of the Budget of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on the theme: Monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes: principles and tools. The aim of this 10-day training course was to strengthen the participants' skills and theoretical and technical knowledge in this area.

The mission consisted of training senior officials from the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on the theme: Developing a budgetary and accounting nomenclature for the LOLF.
This ten (10) day training aimed at enabling participants to:
- develop a new budget nomenclature;
- construct budgets in accordance with the new nomenclature;
- carry out reporting within this framework.

The mission consisted of training officials from the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on the theme: Training engineering and educational innovation.
This eight- (8) day training aimed to enable participants to :
- formalise training needs according to projects and development factors;
- formalise the conditions for drawing up annual and multi-year training plans consistent with the strategic vision;
- understand the concepts of training engineering and educational engineering;
- formalise training plans according to projections in the short, medium and long terms;
- set up a training evaluation system adapted to the strategic and operational objectives of the organisation.

Training on ‘Mining and hydrocarbons: contract negotiations’ (2022)
While mining development holds promise as a catalyst for growth, through mining revenues, mining taxation, economic expansion and economic diversification, the mining contract is the keystone. This legal instrument constitutes the framework governing the relationship between the government and the holder of the mining right. In this context, the mission consisted of training senior officials of the Mining Registry of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on the theme: "Mines and hydrocarbons: contract negotiations". The 7-day training course, both online and face-to-face, was designed to strengthen skills as well as theoretical and technical knowledge in the field of mining contract negotiations.
